Ingram Tom Moore volleyball hits the road, routs Marble Falls

Ingram volleyball

Facing one of its longest trips of the season, the Ingram Tom Moore High School girls' volleyball team made quick work of their visit to Marble Falls with a 3-0 sweep.

The set scores were 25-12, 25-15 and 25-12.

The Warriors got 10 kills from senior Rylan Wilt, and senior Madison McClintock added eight kills. Setter Kenna Nichols added 14 setting assists. Libero Alec Alvarado had a solid effort with four assists, two service aces and 12 digs.

It wasn't Ingram Tom Moore's best-hitting night, swinging to a .145 average. However, the more important stat is the Warriors have won four of their last five matches.

The Warriors are off until Sept. 19, when they play host to visiting Comfort in the District opener.
