There is much to celebrate with the end of school year
The end of the 2022-2023 school year is fast approaching, and that means a slew of events to attend for students, parents and the community.
The Ingram Independent School District's final push to the last day of school on May 18 features the following events:
May 15
- The Ingram Tom Moore High School Future Farmers of America chapter will host its annual banquet at the high school cafeteria, time to be determined.
May 17
- The Ingram Tom Moore High School seniors will make their walk at Ingram Elementary School at 8 a.m. It's a way to connect graduates with future Tom Moore High grads.
- Parents who have students interested in playing football at Ingram Middle School or Tom Moore High School next season are encouraged to attend a parent meeting at 6 p.m. in the ISD Auditorium.
May 18
- The Ingram Tom Moore High School seniors will enjoy breakfast at Bridget's Basket in Hunt at 8 a.m. before heading to a 9:30 a.m. graduation practice at Schreiner University.
- Ingram Middle School students will receive honors during an 8 a.m. ceremony at the ISD Auditorium. The ceremony will also serve as a student talent show.
- Ingram Middle School eighth graders will celebrate their promotion to high school during a 6 p.m. ceremony at the ISD Auditorium.
May 19
- The Ingram Independent School District celebrates the class of 2023 with a 6 p.m. commencement ceremony at Schreiner University. This year's good news is that no tickets are required to attend the graduation ceremony at the university's Event Center.
