Hello Warriors! My name is Jessica Hinton and I will be teaching Geometry Honors and PreCal OnRamps this year! This will be my 14th year teaching math and my 1st year at Ingram Tom Moore (last year I taught 7th grade math at IMS). I also coach softball.

I have four daughters (Mabry, Landry, Peyton, and Sawyer) and my husband (Mr. Coach Hinton) also teaches/coaches here at Ingram Tom Moore! I was born in Waco, TX and attended Baylor University. In high school, I played volleyball, softball, basketball, and ran track. I was an FCA leader and also a member of the marching band (we won 2nd in the state). I believe every student can find somewhere they belong and a group in which to participate! High school should be a fun time where we learn to self-advocate and manage our time, while, of course, getting an education! 

I believe that every student is capable of being successful in math. I know that math can be challenging at times, but I am here to help and encourage all of my students. My hope is to help my students find a love for learning and growing as a "whole" person in the classroom, on the field/court, and in life.
