It is with great enthusiasm that I start my first full year with Tom Moore High School as your Assistant Principal of Curriculum and Instruction.  I am thrilled to be back at Ingram where I can help to ensure our students and staff not only thrive but also excel to the best of their abilities in a positive and supportive environment.  My military background has been integral in teaching me how to bring out the best in others and to promote an inclusive, teamwork approach to tackle any hurdle that may present itself.  Being the wife to a wonderful teacher and coach, and mother to three amazing children, has taught me in the very least- patience- the ability to wait and persevere without frustration.  

I’ve always had a heart to encourage others, and while teaching science at middle and high school levels, that passion was truly ignited.  I believe we can only offer the best paths to exceedingly bright futures by first connecting with those we endeavor to lead and support.  I strongly believe that students achieve more when they are challenged and surrounded by compassionate adults both inside and outside the walls of a school. At Tom Moore High School, we are committed to ensuring every student gets what they deserve- a high quality, rigorous and supportive education that will prepare them for a streamlined transition into the workforce, college, or military.
