Hello, my name is Ray Salinas and am a native of Kerrville, TX. I have two sons, one in high school and one beginning his first year in college. This is my first year at Ingram Elementary and am excited to be here. I have been an educator and music director since 1995. I am a graduate of Texas Lutheran University and hold a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education.  I am passionate about what I do and am excited to be working with the students, faculty & staff of Ingram ISD.
