My name is Mary Ann Andrews.  I was born and raised in Everett, Washington.  After high school, I enlisted in the United States Air Force.  After spending several years in Colorado, I returned to Everett to raise my daughter.  In 1985, I enrolled at Western Washington University, and completed my degree in Elementary Education in 1989.  I began teaching in 1990 at the Kindergarten level. After 5 years, I moved to 2nd grade for 1 year and have taught at the 3rd grade level ever since.  In 2006, my husband and I made the decision to move to Texas in order to be closer to his family.  I was hired by the Ingram school district in August of 2009 to teach 3rd grade.  This will be my 15th year with the district and  I am looking forward to many more.
